Palm Island Residence is a 5,000 sq. ft. single-family residence in Miami Beach, Florida. The project explores the relationship between a floating extruded frame and a thickened slab in proposing a refined contemporary architecture shaped by light, privacy, and waterfront living. Open interior spaces are balanced with carefully louvered openings, creating a quiet dialogue between architecture, landscape, and the tropical coastal environment.
